1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

If a product is not in stock and needs to be grown to order, production typically takes 3-4 weeks, which may extend the handling time. In such cases, we will inform you about the expected dispatch date.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Spanish public holidays.

2. Transit Time and Shipping Costs

Transit time depends on the destination and selected shipping method. We ship with Correos; you can check tariffs and delivery estimates on their website.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or local carrier delays.

3. Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide, except to:

• Russia
• Belarus
• North Korea
