We get it,  sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’ve ordered something at our web store and want to return it, we’re here to help.

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the products are unused and in their original packaging.

How to return

Send us an email at shop@s-lab.bio to get started. Let us know your order number and what you’d like to return.

What you need to know

• Returns must be made within 14 days after the delivery.

   

• Items should be in the same condition you received them: unused and with all original packaging.

   

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

   

• We recommend using a tracked service so nothing gets lost on the way.

   

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked the return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. It may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

A few things we can’t take back

Custom-made or personalised items (like products with your logo or made to your specs) can’t be returned. If you’re unsure, just drop us a message.
