Is your packaging already commercially available?
Yes, we already have plenty of customers who rely on our material for their monthly packaging needs, our first production site is ready and we are accepting new customers.
What is the minimal order quantity for custom-made packaging?
We currently accept orders from 500 packaging units per month. We generally run an initial pilot with a smaller order quantity before scaling production.
How much will creating a customized sample cost, and how long it will take?
From the point that you can deliver clear size specifications for your product or relevant packaging, the design and production process are straightforward. Cost is calculated individually based in the size and shape of the packaging and will be deducted from your overall cost should you sign a regular order contract.
Can I order non-custom packaging, and what is the minimal order quantity for it?
At the moment we do not provide non-custom packaging, but we plan to do so in the near future. Subscribe to our newsletter to make sure to be the first one to know.
Where is your production located, and where can you ship orders?
Our current production site is located in Malaga, Spain, and we have clients throughout Europe, including non-EU countries. We do not work with Russia and Belorussia. We can discuss shipment outside of Europe ad hoc, if your order exceeds our minimal order quantities.
Can your packaging start biodegrading before it gets in the hands of our customers?
S.Lab packaging is durable, water-resistant, fire retardant and heat-resistant, cold temperatures, sun or humidity. In order to start biodegrading, it needs to be broken into at least 2 parts and thrown into the soil.
What are the perfect storage conditions for your packaging?
S.Lab packaging doesn’t require any special conditions for the storage.
What are the best ways to dispose of your packaging?
Break it into pieces and throw it into your garden compost, or dispose of it into your organic waste.
Can you do it in a different colour or add a logo on it?
We do not currently use any colour additives. The colour of the packaging will resemble what can be seen on the photos of our website. We can press a logo on the packaging if required.

1. Consultation & Customization
Initial discussion to understand your requirements and create a custom design that not only protects your products but also embodies your brand identity.
2. Prototyping & Approval
Our engineers create a first prototype based on your specified requirements. Once you’re satisfied, we’ll move to production. We’ll ensure the packaging is both functional and sustainable.
3. Production & Delivery
We harness our local manufacturing capabilities to produce and deliver the volume ordered, monitoring and limiting carbon footprint along the way. Simply integrate our sustainable packaging into your value chain and let your customer enjoy.
